MCP Assistant Rates

$30 per 15 minute session
Sessions can be pre-purchased at either of our retail locations, or over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard

MCP Assistant

[Step 1]

STEP 1: Read and agree to the terms of service at the bottom of this page. Once the MCP Assistant web page is fully loaded, click on the image of the blue folder and green arrow, found under Download.

STEP 2: Minimize all windows to return to the desktop. Double-click on the MCP Assistant icon on the Desktop to run the application.

STEP 3: Once the program runs, double-click on the technicians name.

STEP 4: Once a technician has connected to your computer, a notification bubble will appear in the systray in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. The tech will now have full control of your keyboard, mouse, etc. Simply sit back and watch the magic!

NOTE: Upon running the software, a technician Is alotted 5 minutes to successfully connect to your system. If a connection HAS NOT been made in that time, the program will CLOSE automatically, and may need to be ran again.

If you would like to close the connection at any time, right-click on the MCP Asistant icon in the systray located at the bottom right hand corner of the screen and click CLOSE. This will disconnect the technician and close the program.
